Analytics Overview

Linkzone provides built-in analytics so you can see how your page is performing. The analytics dashboard is accessible from the main navigation inside your Linkzone account. All data updates in real time, so you always have an accurate picture of your traffic.

The dashboard shows a summary of your key metrics at the top, followed by detailed breakdowns of individual link performance below.

Page Views

Page views measure how many times your Linkzone page has been loaded by visitors. Each time someone visits your page URL, it counts as one page view.

  • Total views: The cumulative number of page loads since your account was created
  • Views over time: A chart showing daily page view trends, so you can spot when traffic spikes or dips

Tip: Page views typically spike when you share your Linkzone URL in a new place — a social media post, an email campaign, or a printed piece. Use the timeline chart to correlate spikes with your promotional activity.

Link Clicks

Every time a visitor clicks on one of your link blocks, Linkzone records it as a click. The clicks metric tells you exactly how many people are engaging with each individual link on your page.

The analytics dashboard shows both:

  • Total clicks: The sum of all link clicks across your entire page
  • Per-link clicks: A breakdown of clicks for each individual link block, so you can see which links get the most engagement

Click-Through Rate

Click-through rate (CTR) is the percentage of visitors who click at least one link on your page. It is calculated as:

CTR = (Total Clicks / Total Page Views) x 100

A higher CTR means your page is doing a good job of guiding visitors to take action. If your CTR is low, consider these improvements:

  • Reorder your links. Move your most important or compelling links to the top of your page.
  • Improve link titles. Use clear, action-oriented titles that tell visitors exactly what they will find (e.g., "Shop My Collection" instead of "Click Here").
  • Add thumbnails. Link blocks with thumbnail images tend to attract more clicks than plain text links.
  • Reduce clutter. If you have too many links, visitors may feel overwhelmed. Focus on your highest-priority items.

Top Performing Links

The top performing links section ranks all of your link blocks by click count, showing you which content resonates most with your audience. Use this data to:

  • Double down on what works. If your shop link consistently outperforms everything else, consider making it more prominent or adding related links nearby.
  • Identify underperformers. Links with very few clicks may need better titles, different positioning, or might not be relevant to your audience. Consider removing or replacing them.
  • Test different approaches. Change a link title or add a thumbnail, then check back in a few days to see if the click count improves.

Using Analytics Effectively

Here are some practical ways to make the most of your Linkzone analytics:

Check Regularly

Make a habit of reviewing your analytics at least once a week. Consistent monitoring helps you catch trends early and make timely adjustments.

Correlate with Campaigns

When you run a social media post, email blast, or ad campaign that links to your Linkzone page, check your analytics afterward to measure the impact. The page view timeline makes it easy to see traffic spikes tied to specific campaigns.

Optimize Iteratively

Small changes add up. Try adjusting one thing at a time — reorder a link, rewrite a title, add a thumbnail — and monitor the results before making more changes. This way, you will know exactly what drove the improvement.

Pro users can set up UTM tracking parameters to get even more detailed insights when used with Google Analytics. See the Account Settings guide for more on UTM tracking.
