Free vs. Pro

Linkzone offers a generous free plan that covers everything you need to create a professional link-in-bio page. The Pro plan unlocks advanced features for users who want deeper customization, analytics, and branding control.

Upgrading to Pro

You can upgrade to Pro at any time from within your Linkzone dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Linkzone account at app.link.zone.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select the Subscription tab.
  3. Choose your billing cycle — monthly or yearly. The yearly plan offers a discount compared to paying monthly.
  4. Enter your payment details. Linkzone accepts all major credit and debit cards.
  5. Click Subscribe. Your Pro features will be activated immediately.

Save with annual billing: The yearly plan costs less per month than the monthly plan. If you know you will be using Linkzone long-term, annual billing is the best value.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management happens in the Settings > Subscription section of your dashboard. From there you can:

  • View your current plan and see when your next billing date is
  • Switch billing cycles between monthly and yearly
  • Update your payment method by adding a new card or removing an old one
  • View billing history including past invoices and payment amounts
  • Cancel your subscription (see below)

Billing Cycles and Payments

Linkzone Pro is a recurring subscription. Here is how billing works:

  • Monthly billing: You are charged on the same date each month (the date you originally subscribed). For example, if you subscribe on March 15, your next charge will be April 15.
  • Yearly billing: You are charged once per year on your subscription anniversary date.
  • Payment methods: Linkzone accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Receipts: An email receipt is sent after each successful payment. You can also download invoices from your billing history.

Failed payments: If a payment fails (e.g., expired card), Linkzone will retry the charge a few times over the following days. You will receive an email notification asking you to update your payment method. If the issue is not resolved, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

Downgrading to Free

If you decide Pro is not for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not lose access immediately.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.
  • Your page content (blocks, links, embeds) is not deleted. Everything stays in place.
  • Pro-only features (custom SEO tags, favicon, UTM tracking, hidden branding) will be deactivated. Default settings will be restored for those features.

How to Cancel

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm your cancellation. You will see the date when your Pro access ends.

You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time in the future. Your Pro settings will be restored when you upgrade again.

Refund Policy

Linkzone does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Pro before committing?

Linkzone does not currently offer a free trial for Pro. However, the free plan includes full access to all core features. You can build and publish your page on the free plan, then upgrade to Pro when you are ready for the advanced features.

What happens to my page if my payment fails?

Your page stays live. Linkzone will attempt to retry the payment several times. If the payment is not resolved, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, but your page content will not be deleted.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Navigate to Settings > Subscription and select your preferred billing cycle. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Linkzone uses Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
