How Integrations Work

Linkzone integrations let you embed content from third-party platforms directly on your page. Instead of sending visitors away to watch a video or listen to a track, they can interact with the content right on your Linkzone page.

Each integration works as a block. Add an integration block, paste the URL from the source platform, and Linkzone automatically renders the appropriate embed. You can also configure whether the content opens as an embed on your page or redirects visitors to the external platform.

Click Actions: Embed vs. Open Link

Every integration block has a click action setting that controls what happens when a visitor interacts with it:

  • Embed (default): The content expands or plays directly on your Linkzone page. Visitors stay on your page while engaging with the content.
  • Open Link: Clicking the block redirects visitors to the content on the original platform (e.g., opens the video on YouTube). Use this if you want to drive traffic to your channel or profile on that platform.

Tip: Use the embed action when you want to keep visitors on your page longer. Use the open link action when your goal is to grow your following on a specific platform.

YouTube

Embed any public YouTube video or playlist on your Linkzone page. The embedded player lets visitors watch the video without leaving your page.

How to Add a YouTube Embed

  1. Click Add Block and select YouTube.
  2. Paste the full YouTube video URL (e.g., https://youtube.com/watch?v=abc123) or a playlist URL.
  3. The embed preview will appear automatically. Adjust the block title if needed.
  4. Choose your click action — embed the player on your page or open the video on YouTube.

Supported URL Formats

  • https://youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID
  • https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID
  • https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAYLIST_ID

Spotify

Showcase your music, podcasts, or playlists with a Spotify embed. Visitors can preview tracks directly on your page through the Spotify player widget.

How to Add a Spotify Embed

  1. Click Add Block and select Spotify.
  2. Open Spotify, navigate to the track, album, playlist, or podcast you want to share, and copy the share link.
  3. Paste the Spotify URL into the block. The player preview will load automatically.
  4. Choose your click action — embed the Spotify player or open the content in Spotify.

Supported Content Types

  • Tracks: Individual songs with a play preview
  • Albums: Full album tracklist with previews
  • Playlists: Curated collections of tracks
  • Podcasts: Podcast episodes or show pages

Note: Spotify embeds provide 30-second previews for non-premium listeners. Users with Spotify Premium who are logged in can listen to full tracks.

TikTok

Embed individual TikTok videos on your Linkzone page so visitors can watch your content without opening the TikTok app.

How to Add a TikTok Embed

  1. Click Add Block and select TikTok.
  2. Open the TikTok video you want to embed and copy its share URL (e.g., https://tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890).
  3. Paste the TikTok URL into the block. A preview of the video will appear.
  4. Choose your click action — embed the video or redirect visitors to TikTok.

Instagram

Display Instagram posts and Reels directly on your Linkzone page. This is a great way to highlight your best visual content.

How to Add an Instagram Embed

  1. Click Add Block and select Instagram.
  2. Navigate to the Instagram post or Reel you want to embed and copy the post URL from your browser or the share menu.
  3. Paste the Instagram URL into the block.
  4. Choose your click action — embed the post or redirect visitors to Instagram.

Supported Content

  • Posts: Single image or carousel posts
  • Reels: Short-form video content

Giphy

Add animated GIFs from Giphy to make your page more dynamic and fun. Giphy embeds are perfect for adding personality or humor to your page.

How to Add a Giphy Embed

  1. Click Add Block and select Giphy.
  2. Search for a GIF using the built-in Giphy search or paste a direct Giphy URL.
  3. Select the GIF you want to use. It will appear as a preview in your builder.
  4. The GIF will play automatically on your published page.

Calendly

Let visitors book meetings or appointments directly from your Linkzone page using a Calendly integration. This is ideal for freelancers, consultants, coaches, and anyone who takes bookings.

How to Add a Calendly Embed

  1. Click Add Block and select Calendly.
  2. Copy your Calendly scheduling link (e.g., https://calendly.com/yourname/30min).
  3. Paste the Calendly URL into the block.
  4. Choose your click action — embed the scheduling widget directly on your page or redirect visitors to Calendly to book.

Pro tip: Embedding the Calendly widget directly on your page reduces friction and typically results in more bookings compared to redirecting visitors away.

Tips for Using Integrations

  • Keep it focused. Do not overload your page with too many embeds. Choose the content that matters most to your audience.
  • Update regularly. Swap in your latest video, newest track, or current promotion to keep your page fresh.
  • Test your embeds. After adding an integration, visit your public page to verify everything loads and plays correctly.
  • Consider load time. Each embed adds to your page load time. If performance is a priority, use the "Open Link" click action instead of embedding heavy content.
